Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Low Sodium, Vegan and Living Food Asian Wraps Recipe


This is a favorite of everyone's for one of the fastest meals to prepare. It is fun and absolutely delicious and looks gorgeous! You can even do the rice wraps and impress your friends. So enjoy and do share with me your success and what people say when you serve these!



YOUR LIVESTYLE FREE RECIPE:
Bon Bon Paste

2 cups tahini
1 cup fresh ginger root, grated
2/3 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup wheat free low sodium tamari
¼ cup agave nectar
6 cloves garlic, pressed

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Spread onto romaine lettuce leaves, collard leaf, on nori or on a rice paper wrap.

Julienne (thinly sliced) or diced vegetables
Sprouts

Collard leaves need to have the inflexible spine shaved off in order to be able to roll the leaf into itself and create a "burrito" like wrap. Spread the Bon Bon paste onto the front of the leaf. Add desired julienne vegetables & sprouts and roll top over, sides in and roll to the end of the leaf. For the romaine leaf you can just create an open boat and enjoy.

How to get started on living healthy?

Creating Massive Action for Results this week
OK now how can you get massive results in a few days starting on a Thursday? Well, there are still 3 days of the week left.
1. Get started with a plan for how much time you are willing and able to devote to easily achieveable activity. What does that look like? It is 15 minutes to wash and prepare fruits and green leafy spinach for a blended smoothie as a meal or snack. It is taking a 15 minute time out for your brain to rejuvenate while bouncind on your mini-trampoline or rebounder. It is driving in the care and doing 3 deep sets of 10 each of breathing in for 10 count, hold for 40 and exhale for 20.
2. SCHEDULE the plan into your daily appointments or time will pass you by. This is the secret to success for all of us in anything right? If it is not scheduled, the time slips away. Make this a must for your success in your healthy LiveStyle.
Plan your success by making things you WILL do that are easy and each time you do them, this success is reprogramming your mind that you are successful in your health habits and actions and it craves more success.
